• In addition to learning and practicing essential vocational skills, Clubhouse provides employment services.
  • At Club Fellowship, any member who feels ready for employment may apply for job assistance through the Employment Program. Staff and members work together to identify and set employment goals and the best way to achieve those goals.
  • Additionally, Clubhouse traditionally provides Transitional Employment (TE) which provides, as a right of membership, opportunities for members to work on job placements in a variety of local businesses and industries.
  • As a defining characteristic of a Clubhouse Transitional Employment program, the Clubhouse guarantees coverage on all placements during member absences.

  • The Clubhouse provides a variety of employment assistance:

    • 2. Supported Employment
