About Club Fellowship
- Club Fellowship is a Clubhouse in south Miami-Dade county for residents living with a severe or persistent mental illness.
- Club Fellowship’s program is based on the Clubhouse model of Psychosocial Rehabilitation with an emphasis on employment.
- Club Fellowship does not offer other direct services, however, through our Auspice agency, Fellowship House, services offered to members include Residential/Housing, Case Management, Psychotherapy, and Psychiatric services.
Criteria for Membership
To become a member of and maintain membership in Club Fellowship, an individual must meet the following criteria:
1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Be a resident of Miami-Dade or Monroe Counties or can establish residence in Miami-Dade County.
3. Demonstrate a history of mental illness.
